A Microsoft Forms submission only means a family expressed interest — it is not confirmation they registered. "Paid" here means paid by any confirmed record: a real payment ledger row, OR simply being checked off on the Mind Lab loyalty roster (which only happens for a chapter a student actually attended). "Unpaid"/"Unqualified"/"Lead" also come from the real payment ledgers. Everything else is form-only with no payment record found on any list — expected for anything from before payment status started being tracked (around 2024).
